May I use a Discount code?

Of course! Discount codes must be entered at check-out in the discount box. Once your order is placed, discount codes cannot be applied. Only one code may be applied per purchase.

If I purchase a flat bill, can I curve it?

YES! Most of our adult hat wearers prefer having a slight curve in the bill. You can easily add a curve, if that is what you choose to do!

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. 
4B Hat Co does not accept returns, however we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects.

What about shipping?

If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we will not be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If a package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, we will not issue a refund. 4B Hat Co is not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. If your package has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact your local post office to file a claim.

I usually try to have a quick turn around time, but processing can take 3-5 business days and shipping is FIRST CLASS. 

How often are drops?

We are navigating international shipping, so drops are announced when hats arrive instead of on a set schedule.
